Butane Variations is Phil Weinrobe and John-Paul Norpoth playing songwriting in racketball court. Instead of paddles, they have guitars, drums, bass, pedal steel, cello and the most Simon and Garfunkel harmonies since Hall and Oates. The ball is the song and the wall is your ears.
